Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Lumin Lending, Inc. is committed to ensuring that its website and digital services are accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to mortgage information and financial services, regardless of ability. This Accessibility Statement describes our current accessibility status, known limitations, and the steps we are taking to achieve and maintain full compliance.
1. Our Commitment
Lumin Lending is committed to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who are blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, have motor or cognitive disabilities, or use assistive technologies such as screen readers.
We are also committed to compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act where applicable, and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, each of which requires that persons with disabilities have equal access to goods and services, including those delivered through digital platforms.
2. Current Accessibility Status
We are actively working to improve the accessibility of luminlending.com. Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We have implemented the following accessibility features throughout the site:
Semantic HTML5 markup to provide meaningful document structure for assistive technologies; ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) labels on interactive elements including navigation menus, buttons, and form controls; sufficient color contrast ratios between foreground text and background colors; keyboard-navigable interactive elements with visible focus indicators; descriptive alt text on all meaningful images; responsive design that functions across a range of screen sizes and zoom levels; and avoidance of content that flashes more than three times per second to reduce risk for users with photosensitive epilepsy.
3. Known Limitations
While we strive for full compliance, the following areas are known to have limitations that we are actively working to resolve:
Third-Party Widgets and Embeds: Certain third-party review widgets, map embeds, and external tools embedded on this site may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are working with these vendors to improve accessibility, and we provide alternative means of accessing equivalent information where possible.
Legacy Content: Some older informational documents (such as PDF disclosures) may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are in the process of remediating these documents and can provide accessible versions upon request.
Complex Financial Calculators: Some interactive rate estimation and loan comparison tools may present challenges for certain assistive technology users. We are evaluating these tools for improvement and offer to provide the same information by phone or email on request.

Please contact us at (949) 881-6129 or info@luminlending.com and we will make every reasonable effort to provide the information or service you are seeking in a manner that works for you, including:

California residents may also contact the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) regarding violations of the California Unruh Civil Rights Act.
7. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of luminlending.com relies on the following technologies working in conjunction with your browser and assistive technology:
HTML5 for semantic document structure; CSS3 for visual presentation and responsive layout; JavaScript for enhanced interactivity, including mobile navigation, scroll behavior, and dynamic content; and WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative — Accessible Rich Internet Applications) roles, states, and properties for communicating the purpose and state of interactive elements to assistive technologies.
Our website is designed to be compatible with modern web browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, and with assistive technologies including screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
8. Assessment Approach
Lumin Lending assesses the accessibility of our website through the following approaches:
Self-Evaluation: Our development team regularly reviews new and updated content against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria prior to publication.
Automated Testing: We use automated accessibility scanning tools to identify common issues including missing alt text, insufficient color contrast, and improper heading hierarchy.
User Feedback: We incorporate feedback from users who encounter barriers and use that input to prioritize and guide remediation efforts.
